ITEMS:
We always disclose any imperfections we notice on our vintage & wholesale pieces. Color may vary due to lighting, the camera used and computer screens, therefore we do not guarantee the color of any items. If you have any specific questions on how a piece looks- We’d love to chat!

REFUNDS:
All sales are final. Hip Finds Co does not accept refunds or exchanges. When making a purchase, please see pictures and read the description and measurements carefully. If there are defects on wholesale items (non vintage items) we are happy to chat!

SHIPPING:
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT & ADDRESS IS DELIVERABLE. If items are sent back from undeliverable or incorrect from the address given, HIP FINDS CO is not responsible for the cost to ship back and has the right to cancel the transaction if the customer does not want to pay to ship again. All items have options for shipping via USPS Ground or Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. If you prefer an alternative shipping method please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to fulfill your request. Cost shipping, If there is more than a $2 difference in the shipping cost, you will be reimbursed. We try to reuse packing material and use recycled boxes and supplies for packaging items whenever possible. Local pickup is available upon request/option chosen at checkout. Curbside order pick up is at the discretion of the employee working at the time. If curbside is not available please contact us at hipfindsco@gmail.com to arrange another pick up time.

DAMAGED GOODS:
The pieces & items in the shop are an extension of our personality and love of hidden vintage treasures. We package each item with care but cannot control what happens after it leaves the shop-therefore do not refund damaged goods. When shipped Priority through USPS there is $50 of insurance included. If any items are damaged please contact us immediately in order to expedite the claims process with USPS. If you would like to include additional insurance on any of your purchases, please feel free to message. 

PURCHASE PICK UP IN STORE:

Any purchases that are selected to be picked up in store will need to be picked up during business hours, once you have been informed of your order being completed. We are happy to set an off hour pick up time at the availability of staff.
